Park Plaza Recruitment Scheme

 

We have an exciting opportunity to support local people to find employment with the Park Plaza Hotel Group. This is a pilot scheme, as the four local hotels begin to open again, we hope to be able to connect local residents looking for work, with a good attitude and work ethic, to the job opportunities available.

 

The Park Plaza are committed to removing barriers for local people to find employment, and want to support individuals to also find longer term career opportunities within the company. This recruitment process will enable those who struggle to go through other recruitment channels to have the opportunity to take part. Oasis will support individuals through this process.

 

This pilot will run through April – June 2021, and we hope to have further opportunities in the Autumn too.

After filling out this form, there will be 4 simple stages to this process:

1. Assessment with Oasis (including work status & any valuable support, if required)

2. Attend two online information sessions and training, run by Park Plaza

3. Be referred by Oasis to attend an in-person Recruitment Day at the Park Plaza

4. Apply for relevant jobs, with support from Oasis

 

The form should take you less than 10 minutes to complete. If you have not taken part in Oasis activities or registered with us within the past month, please fill in Section 2 & 3 of the form. Section 4 is optional, apart from Q.38 & Q39.
